200hr Teacher Training
At MYA, we’re redefining yoga teacher training by addressing the gaps often overlooked in traditional programs. We train yoga instructors to expand their teaching beyond studio walls, bringing yoga to private homes, workplaces, corporate wellness programs, events, and outdoor spaces—reaching individuals who may not typically attend studio classes, while creating more opportunities for financial growth and flexibility.

Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified training goes beyond the studio, integrating yoga therapeutics, myofascial release, mobility exercises, and more. How to Get Started:
The Application Process
Ready to take the next step toward becoming a certified yoga instructor? Our application process is straightforward and designed to ensure you are fully prepared for this transformative journey.
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete our online application form, providing us with details about your yoga experience, goals, and why you want to join our 200-hour teacher training program.
Step 2: Application Review
Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it to ensure the program is the right fit for your goals. We may reach out with any follow-up questions or clarification, so be sure to provide accurate contact details.
Step 3: Interview with a Trainer
After your application is reviewed, you will be invited to a brief interview with one of our lead trainers. This is an opportunity to discuss your yoga journey, your expectations for the training, and ask any questions you may have.
Step 4: Enrollment Confirmation
If your application is accepted, you will receive an official confirmation of your enrollment. At this point, you'll be asked to submit a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in the program.
Step 5: Prepare for the Training
Once your spot is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome packet with details about what to expect, required reading, and how to prepare for the training. You'll also be introduced to our support team, who will guide you through the preparation process.
